I’m thankful for the broads on line

So far this blog has mostly been about sharing the products I’ve found, but today I’m sharing a couple of women who bring me to a different place spiritually. Well, maybe not spiritually but they are damn funny!

The first, I’ve followed for a while and when I need a dose of (un)reality, I always hunt her blog up. This lady (not sure she’s really a lady) is shockingly funny and more than a little disturbed. She says things that (I’d bet you a million dollars if I had it to gamble with) most of us probably think but are sure our friends, coworkers and family would institutionalize us for. She’s got some kind of social standing despite her strait jacket, just take a look at her blog comments (100’s)!  Her name is the Bloggess and I hope that she sees this ( no, really, I just hope she sees this and shares some love) and doesn’t get mad at me for the strait jacket and institution comments, because she can get mean, but oh. so. funny.

The second, I litterally just found like, last night. Or maybe the night before, my hours run together. Anyway, she’s so like me, with her red hair and smart mouth and a daughter that sticks her tongue out at picture time. This lady, despite having the name everyone has nowdays (Jen, gah, how boring!) has a sordid past with ex husbands and closet loving dads.  Anyway, I commented on her post and guess what, she actually emailed me! Yeah, I know, I’m pretty sad. Getting excited over someone commenting about my own comment. But, you see, I feel like a little fish in the funny blog pond, so when another bloggy mom actually takes notice of me, little ol me……… well, I digress. Just go read her…… Red Head Ranting.

Oh. My. God. We are being over run with Jens in the world. In case you haven’t noticed (they are both jens), do you think we are being assimilated like the Borg, or is it cloning gone bad (gone bad because we certainly are not all as funny)?
