Online pain management via webcam therapy?

webcamtherapy Ever heard of Online Pain Management ? Yeah, me either until today. I was asked to blog about Egoscue and to be honest, I’m intrigued.

My back went out yesterday, and it hasn’t come back yet. I don’t know if I should see my massuse or the chiropractor for an x-ray because it hurts where it never hurt before. So, here’s why Egoscue might help me today. They offer Online Pain Management if you can’t get to one of their clinics!

If you have a web camera and access to the internet at the same time, you can have a live visit with one of their therapists. It isn’t cheap, but it isn’t any more expensive that other forms of pain management and if it keeps me from being all drugged up with pain killers, then I’m willing to at least explore it.

I heart Jonas! DVD review

Boys, Boys, Boys! January 26th DVD release!

Seven specially selected episodes from the Disney Channel hit-series comprise the release of I HEART JONAS! Matters of the heart take center stage when Joe experiences jealousy and temptation. Bonus material features the never-before-seen “You’ve Just Been JoBro’d- Surprising Jordan Sparks”!

I was sent this DVD to review and help promote by Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment to offer my review along with my children.

Alex – over 30, but I’m not saying how much over says:

I’d only seen the Jonas Brothers a couple times since we don’t have that kind of cable TV at our house, but I hadn’t really sat down and paid attention. So, my 2 daughters and I did. We watched these silly boys joke through about 4 episodes of their hit Disney show. It’s cute and reminds me of the Monkey’s tv show (which was before my time, thanks Nick at Night). The boys break into song, race from school to publicity events and dream of girls. Not exactly like any typical teenage boys, but they seem pretty well behaved on the whole.

Call me cynical, but they are too well behaved. I know teen boys and they aren’t this free from naughty thoughts. It is fun though, which is what matters in the end right?

Here’s a word or two from my daughters on watching the DVD:

Katlin - soon to be age 12 says: Even if I’m 12 and have grown out of the Jonas brothers (stage), I still enjoy the TV show Jonas. Kevin, Joe (Joesph), And Nick, all are true comedians. From acting so dumb you would think that they have no brain, to being so smart you can’t understand what they just said, in this DVD there are a few episodes of Jonas and a bonus feature called ” You’ve just been Jo’Broed.” It’s Funny and enjoyable whether you like the Jonas Brothers or not. I’d recommend this DVD to anyone who is looking for a hilarious movie to pass the time.

Nove – Just turned 8 years old, says: I really loved the Jonas DVD. You rock Jonas!! I love you Jonas! I like all of them, Joe, Nick, Kevin, Stella, and Macy? And, I don’t know where the Jonas DVD came from……… but I know it came from the mailbox, and I just wanna say………

“what was your favorite episode?” her mom asked.

The one where Stella’s boyfriend wanted to be one of the three Musketeers, because the first part where Kevin said, um, “before her hair falls off her head!” because it was just fake hair.

So, in closing, if your kids (or you) like music, cute boys, and mostly innocent humor, this is worth watching.

Magnetic bracelets have come a long way, baby!

At first, this list put me off writing, but once I got to their site and saw the products, I thought I should write the post anyway. I really like several of their products. So here is my opinion, including the list they wanted me to share with you.

The last thing they asked me to tell you is that BillyTheTree has great service and ships worldwide for free, but considering I haven’t actually tried their service, I can’t vouch for it. However, I may well order one just to see.
