Today’s Tip – no more stinky cutting boards

Pour baking soda directly and liberally onto your cutting board. Plastic or wooden, doesn’t matter. Use a wet or damp sponge or cloth to scrub the soda into the board.

Today’s Tip – baking soda for teeth

Did you know that you can use plain old baking soda to clean your teeth? Mix about 3 parts soda to 1 part water to make a paste.  Mix in a little bowl, or even in the palm of your hand.  Dip your brush in, brush your teeth and rinse as normal.  Use the same mixture with more water to rinse with in order to also help freshen your breath.
