Dark spot lightener product from nature
I have a dark spot on my right cheek and I’m trying to figure out what to do with it. While I’m not really vain, this one thing bugs me. It’s about a dime size spot on my upper right cheek, below my eye. Makeup doesn’t quite hide it, there seems to be a lingering shadow. So, I’ve been looking at lightening creams and treatments, but I’m still not sure what I should use that will really work.
I did find this cream today and am interested because it’s based on natural ingredients. It uses and enzymes from a mushroom found in the Swiss Alps. They are targeted to break down the melanin (color) in the skin which helps dissipate the dark spots. You can see more on their site at Luminaze or check out a Nordstroms here in the USA.
What do you use to fight off discoloration on your facial skin?
Light therapy for acne and skin aging, plus pain?
Have you seen the light therapy treatments for whitening teeth? Here’s another light source, but it’s for your skin.
The acne light treatment from Tanda is intriguing to me, because I don’t like the idea of using a lot of chemicals on my skin to get rid of an imbalance that might be causing acne.
Acording to their website, Tanda offers the ONLY
Hopscotch kids natural nail polish + coupon code

Ever worry about putting chemicals on your body? What about on your children?
Yeah, yuck.
I used to be a nail tech and I know that what’s inside traditional nail colors isn’t good for humans (or other animals, for that matter).
So, I found this offer for 10% off Hopscotch Kids natural nail polish to be exciting. In addition to coming in recyclable, lead-free bottles, Scotch Naturals polishes are biodegradable, hypoallergenic and free of all noxious fumes. Yay for no smelly stuff!
They have some fun colors, and a couple of colors that are good for grown ups too.

Painted Laydies Mineral Makeup & UWIB Blog Hop
Spring means out with the old and in with the new at Painted Laydies Mineral Makeup. The clearance section has many lovely spring like colors on sale!
Cosmo is great as a mineral makeup eyeliner when used wet or dry. It also blends well with other shades for a multi-dimentional look.
Morrigan is another great blue green eyeshadow that is hard to nail down. It has a slightly metalic sheen to it and can be made more opaque with a few more layers or by applying it wet. It is my favorite color!
While Mai Tai looks flourescent in the jar, it’s a very lovely soft pink blush shade that pops when applied wet – it dries to the same shade as when wet.
