Alex, aka Jenn, is a single mom and writes from home part time about subjects near and dear to her heart. Those subjects could range from special needs kids and adult disability, to fashion and hand made makeup.

As a former lisenced hair dresser, Alex loves all things beauty and glamour. But as a mom who has family with special needs, frugality and health care is often more important and sometimes just as fun.

Alex was born about 15 years ago after a working stint in a bar created a need for a name that her grandmother wouldn’t catch her with. Somehow it stuck and even her family uses this name now.

This blog, Alex Shares, serves as a platform for anything and everything Alex likes, dislikes or thinks is just plain interesting. Hopefully, it will help her make some money at the same time.
