I was sent this DVD to review and help promote by Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment to offer my review along with my children.

Alex – over 30, but I’m not saying how much over says:

I’d only seen the Jonas Brothers a couple times since we don’t have that kind of cable TV at our house, but I hadn’t really sat down and paid attention. So, my 2 daughters and I did. We watched these silly boys joke through about 4 episodes of their hit Disney show. It’s cute and reminds me of the Monkey’s tv show (which was before my time, thanks Nick at Night). The boys break into song, race from school to publicity events and dream of girls. Not exactly like any typical teenage boys, but they seem pretty well behaved on the whole. 

Call me cynical, but they are too well behaved. I know teen boys and they aren’t this free from naughty thoughts. It is fun though, which is what matters in the end right?

Here’s a word or two from my daughters on watching the DVD: 

 

“what was your favorite episode?” her mom asked.

 

The one where Stella’s boyfriend wanted to be one of the three Musketeers, because the first part where Kevin said, um, “before her hair falls off her head!” because it was just fake hair.

So, in closing, if your kids (or you) like music, cute boys, and mostly innocent humor, this is worth watching.
