Today’s tip – upset stomach?

upset_stomach-276x300Have a sour stomach or a tad of nausea? Chew on a small slice of ginger root (don’t swallow the root though!) and your sour stomach will be gone!

 Or…drop 1 drop only of pure peppermint essential oil in an 8oz glass of water and sip slowly. Make sure it’s essential oil and not fragrance oil.
